Publicity on the regular Application and Review of the Third Batch of Environmental Management Registration Certificates of New Chemical Substances in 2018

On April 19, 2018, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment CORPORATION ADEKA in accordance with the Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the Measures); 18 copies of BASF (China) Co., Ltd. and other units The application materials for the regular of new chemical substances and 6 application materials for the change of registration certificates of Solvay Blue Sky (Quzhou) Chemical Co., Ltd. and other units were reviewed and met the relevant requirements, see attached table for details.

Four of these substances with acceptance numbers are "hazardous", four are "general" and 10 are "key environmental management hazard". Details of the registration certificate to be approved are as follows:
