Test and detection
Are you worried about designing test methods? Confirm the draft test report, and you don't know how to solve the problems during the test? Don't worry, our test supervision service helps you solve all the problems during the test, so that you can easily complete the test work.
The testing items we provide supervision services include registration testing of new chemical substances, classification and identification testing of hazardous chemicals, testing of new raw materials for cosmetics, etc.
New Chemical Registration Test
According to the requirements of the Environmental Management Measures for New Chemical Substances, new chemical substances need to be tested before registration. The test method is mainly based on the Chemical Registration Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (formerly the Chemical Registration Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection) issued in 2015. "Chemical Test Methods" (Second Edition). Chemical Testing Methods is divided into four volumes: physical and chemical properties and physical hazards volume, degradation and accumulation volume, biological system effects volume, health effects volume.

Classification and identification test of hazardous chemicals
According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Physical Hazard Identification and Classification of Chemicals (Order No. 60 of the State Administration of Work Safety), for chemicals whose physical hazard characteristics have not yet been determined, the registered enterprise shall, in accordance with the relevant national regulations on chemical hazard identification, entrust an institution with national qualifications to conduct physical hazard identification; if it is a hazardous chemical, registration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Hazardous Chemicals (Order No. 53 of the State Administration of Work Safety).
Management Scope of Physical Hazard Identification and Classification of Chemicals
The following chemicals shall be subject to physical hazard identification and classification:
1. Chemicals containing one or more components listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2015 Edition), but the overall physical hazard has not been determined;
(2) Chemicals that are not included in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2015 Edition) and whose physical hazards have not been determined;
For the purpose of scientific research or product development, the annual output or use of chemicals exceeds 1 ton, and the physical hazard has not been determined;
Chemicals that have been listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2015 Edition) are found to have new physical hazards.
Chemical physical hazard identification method
Series identification: For chemicals with similar uses, close components and no significant difference in physical hazard, chemical enterprises can apply to the identification agency for series chemical identification;
Joint identification: Multiple chemical enterprises may jointly apply for identification of the same chemical.
