New Chemical Substance Filing
If one of the following conditions is met, the environmental management of new chemical substances shall be filed (hereinafter referred to as filing):
The annual production or import of new (I) chemical substances is less than 1 ton;
(II) new chemical monomer or reactant content of not more than 2% of the polymer or is a low concern polymer.
Filing and Registration Strategy
Information required for registration:
1. Record form;
2. Legal person certificate or business license (applicant or agent), agency contract or agreement (overseas applicant), power of attorney (if required);
3. For polymer filing, the explanatory materials conforming to the corresponding situation shall be submitted.
4. Other information on the characteristics of environmental and health hazards and environmental risks
