List of new chemical substances added
According to the new chemical substance environmental management registration guidelines, the implementation of the new chemical substance environmental management registration system before the addition of chemical substances to the list.
What kind of chemical substances can be added to the list?
For chemical substances that have been produced, sold, processed, used or imported within the territory of the People's Republic of China before October 15, 2003, enterprises producing, importing, processing and using relevant chemical substances, relevant industry associations and other relevant units may apply for supplementary inclusion in the list.
Applicants should submit supplementary application forms and relevant supporting materials through the online registration system. Relevant certification materials include chemical substance distribution invoices, import and export declaration forms, industry statistical materials, chemical yearbooks, documents issued by the management department, public publications and other materials that can prove that the chemical substance has been produced, sold, processed or imported in the People's Republic of China before October 15, 2003.
If the application materials do not meet the requirements after examination, they shall not be added. The chemical substances that meet the supplementary requirements shall be publicized on the government website of the competent department of ecological environment under the State Council. The competent department of ecological environment of the State Council shall make a decision according to the examination and publicity opinions, and issue an announcement to supplement and include it in the list.
