Overview of the EU REACH Regulation
The full name of REACH is "Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals", that is, the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals. It is the EU's preventive management of all chemicals entering its market. The regulation came into effect on June 1, 2007 and came into effect on June 1, 2008. According to the EU REACH regulation, enterprises are required to register with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) for chemical substances (substances themselves, substances in mixtures or substances intentionally released in articles) that produce or import more than 1 ton a year in the EU, otherwise the enterprise will not be allowed to continue to manufacture, import or sell the chemical within the EU. In addition, for some registered substances, the regulations also stipulate the need to continue to perform the obligations of evaluation, notification/authorization and restriction.

At present, the EU CE certification is mixed up with good and evil people. Please be sure to look for the CE certificate issued by the EU Notified Body (Notified Body). The CE certificates of other institutions are invalid.
Eligible hand sanitizer, spray and disinfectant wipes manufacturers can also consider the EU CPNP notification, which is faster and cheaper. For details, please consult Xinanrun.
