Disclosure of regular Application and Approval Results of the Second Batch of Environmental Management Registration Certificates for New Chemical Substances in 2018

On March 30, 2018, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information in the People's Republic of China (State Council Order No. 492), issued 12 new chemical substances from Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd.; Yaben Chemical Co., Ltd. and other units. The application materials for the regular of substances and one application material for the change of registration certificate of BASF (China) Co., Ltd. were reviewed and met the relevant requirements, and it is proposed to be approved

Among the substances, 5 are "hazardous", 1 is "general" and 6 are "key environmental management hazardous". Details of the registration certificate to be approved are as follows:
