The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued 4 supporting documents for the registration of hazardous chemical environment management.
According to document No. 28 of the General Office of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, in accordance with the Measures for the Registration of Environmental Management of Hazardous Chemicals (for Trial Implementation), four supporting documents have been formulated and issued, including the application form for environmental management registration of production and use of hazardous chemicals, the application form for change of environmental management registration certificate for production and use of hazardous chemicals, the reference style of environmental management registration certificate for production and use of hazardous chemicals, and the guidelines for the preparation of environmental risk assessment report for key environmental management hazardous chemicals (for Trial Implementation), which can be downloaded by enterprises themselves.
