In 2013, the first batch of new chemical substance registration certificate to be approved was publicized.

According to the "New Chemical Substance Environmental Management Measures" (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), our ministry has issued 7 "New Chemical Substance Environmental Management Registration Certificates" from 7 units including Jiangsu Yingli Technology Development Co., Ltd. The application was reviewed and met the relevant requirements. The registration is to be approved. See the attached table for details.
According to Article 20 of the measures, in order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and accept public supervision, the application for the environmental management registration certificate of new chemical substances to be approved is now publicized on the website of our ministry. During the publicity period, our department accepts calls, letters and visits from the public, and investigates, verifies and deals with the problems reflected.
