In 2013, the 6th batch of new chemical substance registration certificate to be approved was publicized.

According to the Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the Measures), our Ministry has reviewed 8 applications for the Environmental Management Registration Certificate of New Chemical Substances from 8 units including Xingnong Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. and met the relevant requirements. The registration is to be approved. See the attached table for details.
According to Article 20 of the measures, in order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and accept public supervision, the application for the environmental management registration certificate of new chemical substances to be approved is now publicized on the website of our ministry. During the publicity period, our department accepts calls, letters and visits from the public, and investigates, verifies and deals with the problems reflected.
