According to the "Environmental Management Measures for New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), our ministry has reviewed 7 "New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Registration Certificates" from 8 units including Changzhou Huasheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. and 1 application for the change of the name of the registration certificate holder by Dow Chemical (China) Investment Co., Ltd., which meets the relevant requirements and intends to approve the registration. See the attached table.
According to Article 20 of the measures, in order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and accept public supervision, the application for the environmental management registration certificate of new chemical substances to be approved is now publicized on the website of our ministry. During the publicity period, our department accepts calls, letters and visits from the public, and investigates, verifies and deals with the problems reflected.
