On August 17, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the "New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Registration Guidelines (Draft for Comment)" (hereinafter referred to as the new "Guidelines"), and publicly solicited opinions. The deadline for soliciting opinions is September 6, 2020.
The new "Guide" is a supporting normative document for the implementation of the new "Measures", which refines the relevant provisions of the new "Measures" and clarifies the specific implementation requirements. This guide mainly includes registration scope, registration type, registration procedure, registration application material requirements, polymer special provisions and new use environmental management registration, re-registration, registration certificate change, withdrawal and cancellation, and post-registration tracking management.
In order to help everyone learn and understand the new Guide better, we organized this online training meeting and invited our technical expert, Ms. Zhang Kun, to analyze the new Guide in depth and guide everyone on how to deal with the registration of new chemical substances at this stage.
