At the invitation of Japan's Chemical Industry Daily, New Anrun Consulting held a seminar on the interpretation of the revised points of the "New Chemical Environmental Management Registration Measures" for Japanese enterprises in China on July 8, 2020. Ms. Zhang Kun, head of the new Anrun Technology Department, gave a detailed introduction of the new regulations to the enterprise and answered questions on the spot.
More than 60 relevant personnel of Japanese enterprises in China participated in the lecture and actively communicated with the lecturers. In April 2020, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment announced the Measures for the Registration of Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 12 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, hereinafter referred to as the Measures), and the environmental management of new chemical substances is becoming increasingly standardized. In view of the common problems of the majority of enterprises, our company introduced in detail the key points of the revision of the regulations, the interpretation of the main points of the revision, and the coping strategies for various types of new chemical substances declared under Decree 7 during the period of the change of regulations.
The response to the meeting was very enthusiastic. In the interactive part of the seminar, many companies raised issues related to the declaration of new chemical substances, reflecting the importance that companies attach to the declaration of new chemical substances.
