In order to standardize and guide the registration and filing of children's cosmetics and ensure the safety of children's cosmetics, according to the regulations on the supervision and administration of cosmetics, the measures for the registration and filing of cosmetics, the regulations on the supervision and administration of children's cosmetics and other relevant regulations and supporting documents, the Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Department of the State Drug Administration organized our hospital to draft the technical guidelines for children's cosmetics (Draft for comments) (Annex 1) and drafting instructions (Annex 2), now open to the community for advice.
