Notice on Soliciting Comments on the List of Chemicals under Priority Control (Second Batch) (Draft for Comments)
In order to implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Ecological Environmental Protection and Resolutely Fighting Pollution Prevention and Control" on "Assessing the risk status of toxic and hazardous chemicals in the ecological environment, strictly restricting the production, use, import and export of high-risk chemicals, and Gradually eliminate and replace" requirements, on the basis of the "Priority Control of Chemicals List (First Batch), the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Health Commission, has organized and compiled the" List of Priority Controlled Chemicals (Second Batch) (Draft for Comment) ", which is now open for comments.
All organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and individuals can put forward opinions and suggestions. Please feedback us in writing (please send electronic documents to the contact E-mail at the same time). The deadline for comments is May 31, 2020. If there is no feedback within the time limit, it will be handled as no opinion.
