Publicity of the 13th Batch of Registration Certificates for New Chemical Substances to be Approved in 2016

According to the "Environmental Management Measures for New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), the Ministry of Environmental Protection has reviewed 10 new chemical substance regular application materials of Lianhua Technology Co., Ltd. and other units and Chihuadon Flavors and Fragrances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Three applications for change of registration certificates were reviewed and met the relevant requirements. The registration is to be approved. See the attached table.
According to Article 20 of the measures, in order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and accept public supervision, the relevant information of the application for the environmental management registration certificate of new chemical substances to be approved is publicized on the government website of the Ministry of environmental protection. During the publicity period, the Ministry of Environmental Protection accepts calls, letters, and visits from the public, and investigates, verifies and handles the problems reflected.
