UK REACH DUIN Announces Small Popular Science

Recently, some customers have consulted our UK REACH DUIN (downstream user import notification) notification. October 27 is the deadline for UK REACH DUIN notification, which is only more than two months old. therefore, a brief introduction of UK REACH DUIN notification is given.
After Brexit, exports to the UK market must meet the UK REACH regulations. There are three ways to meet the UK REACH registration:
1 is the grandfather clause (Grandfather Clause)(enterprises in the UK that have completed EU REACH registration);
2 is to submit DUIN notification (enterprises that have completed EU REACH registration outside the UK: their downstream users are located in the UK);
3 is submitted directly to the official registration.
for our domestic companies. The simplest and lowest cost compliance method is to handle the UK REACH DUIN notification. After completing the UK REACH DUIN, you can obtain a UK REACH registration buffer period of 2 years, 4 years and 6 years according to tonnage and chemical classification. The provisions on the buffer period are as follows:

The notification process for submitting UK REACH DUIN is as follows:
1. First, let its downstream users create accounts in the UK REACH-IT system;
2. Submit a notification to the UK REACH competent authority (HSE) before October 27, 2021;
3. According to the tonnage and product hazard information, the registration of the new UK REACH will be completed within the 2. four or six years after 2021.10.28.
Note: Enterprises may choose to entrust OR in the UK to fulfill this obligation, I .e. OR in the UK shall submit a downstream user import notification (DUIN) to HSE by October 27, 2021 to inform HSE to continue importing the product. A new registration is then completed by the OR in the following two, four or six years from October 28, 2021.
