In recent years, under the strong control of the state on production safety, accidents still occur from time to time, and the non-standard management and operation of the production process has been the key supervision work. This year, the "Safety Production Law" has been revised after a lapse of seven years since 2014 and has been implemented on September 1. The newly revised content emphasizes and modifies criminal acts such as illegal operations, hidden dangers of major accidents, and false documents, and strengthens the main responsibility and punishment of production and business units and responsible persons.
