Main content: In order to implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Ecological Environmental Protection and Resolutely Fighting Pollution Prevention and Control", the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Health and Health Commission, formulated the "List of Priority Controlled Chemicals (Second Batch)" is hereby announced.
For chemicals listed in the List of Priority Controlled Chemicals (Second Batch), environmental risk control measures shall be taken in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, combined with economic and technical feasibility, in view of the main links that produce environmental and health risks, so as to minimize the impact of the production and use of chemicals on human health and the environment.
In 2020, the relevant departments of the state have issued a lot of laws, lists and notices related to hazardous chemicals, which indicates that the registration system of hazardous chemicals in the past 10 years will be improved day by day, and the catalogue of various chemicals will be gradually improved. The scope and objects of hazardous chemical registration will be gradually expanded, and the contents of registration will be more scientific and specific, And will play a greater role in helping the later emergency rescue work.
