Publicity on the Examination of Applications for the 3rd Batch of Simple Registration Certificates for Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances in 2023

According to the "Measures for the Registration of Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances" (Decree No. 12 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), our Ministry PLASTICS INC to ITOCHU. The 15 application materials for simple registration of new chemical substances by other units have been reviewed and meet the relevant requirements. The registration is to be approved. See the attached table for details.
According to Article 24 of the "Measures", the relevant information about the application for the simple registration certificate for the environmental management of new chemical substances to be approved is now publicized.
