In conjunction with daily law enforcement inspections, check the list of chemical substances in production and outsourcing (including imported) enterprises and institutions, and check whether they are new chemical substances, whether they have been registered or filed in accordance with the Measures, and whether there are new chemical substances that should be reported but not reported. For the existence of violations of the "Measures" and supporting documents, the case shall be filed and investigated in accordance with the law, and at the same time, the application of law enforcement shall be strengthened, and the penalties shall be included in the joint credit punishment in accordance with laws and regulations.
