New function of "self-updating of raw material safety information" added in cosmetics filing system

Recently, the cosmetics filing system has been optimized. The ordinary cosmetics filing information system has added the function of "self-updating of raw material safety information". When the raw material supplier of the filed products changes or the ingredients such as trace stabilizers change, cosmetics enterprises can apply for filing change without re-filing.
The newly added "Raw Material Safety Information Self-update" function has the following aspects:
1. the manufacturer of the raw materials used in the filed product, the quality specifications of the raw materials are increased or changed, and the content of the raw materials used in the formula and the type and proportion of the specific ingredients in the raw materials have not changed, the "raw material safety information self-update" function can be updated and maintained.
2. the content of raw materials in the formula and the content of the main functional components and solvents in the raw materials have not changed, in order to ensure the quality of raw materials and added trace stabilizers, antioxidants, preservatives and other components of the type or content changes need to initiate a filing change application, in the change application for modification.
