Background:

This major update caused a shock in the industry. The compound raw material manufacturer that has obtained the raw material safety information submission code may continue to use the original submission code. For the compound raw materials that have not yet obtained the submission code, the cosmetic raw material manufacturer can only pass it to the downstream customers in the form of Annex 14. On November 1, 2023, the platform resumed the submission of compound raw materials.
