Work to improve the List of Existing Chemical Substances in China continues

On June 21, 2019, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued a notice on the work of supplementing and perfecting the "List of Existing Chemical Substances in China" (Huan Ban Solid Letter [2019] No. 575), and started the work of supplementing the list (closing on September 30).

However, according to authoritative confirmation, enterprises that need to supplement the directory can still submit information as soon as possible!

Compared with spending millions of years on regular declaration and entering the list after five years, this addition to the list is an excellent opportunity to save time and money. If you miss this time, you don't know when the next time will be. Therefore, customers who meet the requirements, please collect and submit relevant supporting materials as soon as possible.

For this list supplement work, the relevant enterprises need to submit the following materials:

1, directory supplement application form (see Appendix 1, seal)

2. Relevant certification materials (which can prove that the chemical substance was legally produced or imported in the People's Republic of China before October 15, 2003), such as distribution invoices, import and export declaration forms, industry statistical materials, chemical yearbooks, documents issued by management departments, public publications, etc.

Paper copies of the above materials are mailed to: Examination and Registration Department of Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Technology Center, Ministry of Ecological Environment, No.1 Yuhui South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing

All materials are scanned and combined into a complete PDF and WORD version application form and sent to inventory@mepscc.cn.

Here, customers and friends who intend to apply should be specially reminded to pay attention to the accuracy of the name and structural formula of the substance information item when filling in the application form. Substance identification information that does not meet the requirements will have a direct impact on whether the substance can be added to the list.
