Ministry of Environmental Protection Releases Publicity on the 6th Batch of Registration Certificates for Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances to be Approved in 2016

On June 3, 2016, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, in accordance with the Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), reviewed 9 new chemical substance regular application materials of Daijin Fluorochemical (China) Co., Ltd. and 2 applications for change of registration certificates submitted by Taixing Xianxian Chemical Co., Ltd., and met the relevant requirements. The registration is to be approved. See the attached table.

Two of these substances with acceptance numbers are "hazardous", two are "general" and five are "key environmental management hazard". The Ministry of Environmental Protection accepted public consultation during the publicity period from June 3 to 5, 2016. Details of the registration certificate to be approved are as follows:
