Publicity of the Registration Certificate of the First Batch of New Chemical Substances to be Approved in 2016

According to the "Environmental Management Measures for New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), our ministry has reviewed 10 new chemical substance regular application materials of 14 units including Shangyu Shenghui Chemical Co., Ltd. and one application for change of registration certificate submitted by Nuomao Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and meets the relevant requirements. The registration is to be approved. See the attached table for details.

According to Article 20 of the measures, in order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and accept public supervision, the application for the environmental management registration certificate of new chemical substances to be approved is now publicized on the website of our ministry. During the publicity period, our department accepts calls, letters and visits from the public, and investigates, verifies and deals with the problems reflected.
