Publicity of the 13th Batch of Registration Certificates for New Chemical Substances to be Approved in 2015

According to the Environmental Management Measures for New Chemical Substances (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), the Ministry of Environmental Protection has reviewed 10 new chemical substance regular application materials of 14 units including Zhangjiagang Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Ruixu Products One application for change of registration certificate submitted by Technology Co., Ltd. met the relevant requirements and plans to approve the registration. See the attached table for details.

According to Article 20 of the measures, in order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality and accept public supervision, the application for the environmental management registration certificate of new chemical substances to be approved is now publicized on the website of our ministry. During the publicity period, the Ministry of Environmental Protection accepts calls, letters, and visits from the public, and investigates, verifies and handles the problems reflected.
