How to determine whether it is a dangerous chemical?

The list of hazardous chemicals shall be determined, announced and adjusted in due course by the work safety supervision and administration department of the State Council together with the competent departments of industry and information technology, environmental protection, health, quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, transportation, railway, civil and agricultural departments of the State Council according to the identification and classification standards of hazardous characteristics of chemicals.

Overseas business operators who import restricted hazardous chemicals into China shall apply to the chemical registration agency for the import registration certificate of hazardous chemicals; domestic business operators who export restricted hazardous chemicals outside China shall apply to the chemical registration agency for the export registration certificate of hazardous chemicals.

1. Declaration of conformity of export hazardous chemical production enterprises;

3. Hazard characteristic classification identification report;
4. Samples of danger publicity labels and safety data sheets, if foreign language samples, should provide corresponding Chinese translations;
5. For products that need to add inhibitors or stabilizers, the name and quantity of the inhibitors or stabilizers actually added shall be provided.
