In order to protect human health and safety and protect the environment, in accordance with the the People's Republic of China Foreign Trade Law and the Regulations on the Administration of the Import and Export of the People's Republic of China Goods, the Catalogue of Goods Prohibited from Importation (Ninth Batch) and the Catalogue of Goods Prohibited from Exportation (Eighth Batch) are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on January 1, 2024.

For laboratory-scale research or as a reference standard, this catalog does not apply to prohibited import and export requirements.
