Notice on Soliciting Comments on the Regulations on Environmental Risk Assessment and Control of Chemical Substances (Draft)
All relevant units:
In order to assess and control the environmental risks of chemical substances, protect environmental safety, protect public health, and promote high-quality economic development, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the the People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law and the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Plan, our Ministry organized the drafting of the Environmental Risks of Chemical Substances Regulations on Assessment and Control (Draft for Solicitation of Comments) (see Annex 1), which is now open for comments.

All government organizations, enterprises, institutions and individuals can refer to the feedback and suggestion format (see Annex 2) to put forward opinions and suggestions. The deadline for comments is February 20, 2019.
