Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals

Description

Definition and determination principles of 1. hazardous chemicals

Definition: highly toxic chemicals and other chemicals that are toxic, corrosive, explosive, burning, combustion-supporting and harmful to the human body, facilities and the environment.

Determination principle: The types of hazardous chemicals shall be determined from the following hazard and hazard characteristic categories according to the national standards for classification and labeling of chemicals:

1. Physical hazardous explosives: unstable explosives, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4. Flammable gas: category 1, category 2, chemical instability gas category A, chemical instability gas category B. Aerosols (also known as aerosols): Category 1. Oxidizing gases: Category 1. Pressurized gas: compressed gas, liquefied gas, refrigerated liquefied gas, dissolved gas. Flammable liquids: Category 1, Category 2, Category 3. Flammable solids: Class 1, Class 2. Self-reactive substances and mixtures: type A, type B, type C, type D, type E. Spontaneous Combustion Liquids: Category 1. Pyrophoric solids: Category 1. Self-heating substances and mixtures: Category 1, Category 2. Substances and mixtures that emit flammable gases when exposed to water: Category 1, Category 2, Category 3. Oxidizing liquid: category 1, category 2, category 3. Oxidizing solids: Category 1, Category 2, Category 3. 2 Organic peroxides: A type, B type, C type, D type, E type, F type. Metal Corrosives: Category 1.

2. Health hazard acute toxicity: category 1, category 2, category 3. Skin corrosion/irritation: Category 1A, Category 1B, Category 1C, Category 2. Severe eye injury/eye irritation: Category 1, Category 2A, Category 2B. Respiratory or skin sensitization: respiratory sensitizer 1A, respiratory sensitizer 1B, skin sensitizer 1A, skin sensitizer 1B. Germ cell mutagenicity: Category 1A, Category 1B, Category 2. Carcinogenicity: Category 1A, Category 1B, Category 2. Reproductive toxicity: Category 1A, Category 1B, Category 2, additional categories. Specific Target Organ Toxicity-One Exposure: Category 1, Category 2, Category 3. Specific Target Organ Toxicity-Repeated Exposure: Category 1, Category 2. Inhalation hazard: Category 1.

3. Environmental Hazards Harm to the Aquatic Environment-Acute Hazards: Category 1 and Category 2; Hazards to the Aquatic Environment-Long-term Hazards: Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3. Hazards to the ozone layer: Category 1.

Definition and judgment limits of 2. highly toxic chemicals

Definition: Chemicals with severe acute toxicity hazards, including synthetic chemicals and their mixtures and natural toxins, as well as chemicals with acute toxicity that are likely to cause public safety hazards.

Determination limit of severe acute toxicity: acute toxicity category 1, I .e. meeting one of the following conditions: rat experiment, oral LD50 ≤ 5 mg/kg, transdermal LD50 ≤ 50 mg/kg, inhalation (4h) 3 3LC50 ≤ 100 ml/m (gas) or 0.5mg/L (vapor) or 0.05mg/L (dust, fog). Experimental data of percutaneous LD50, rabbit experimental data can also be used.

3. the meaning of each column in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals

The (I) "serial number" refers to the serial number of a chemical in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals.

The (II) "name" refers to the name determined according to the Chemical Nomenclature Principles (1980).

The (III) "alias" refers to a name other than "commodity name", including common names, common names, etc.

The (IV) "CAS number" refers to the unique registration number of a chemical by the Chemical Abstracts Service of the United States.

The (V) "Remarks" is a special note for highly toxic chemicals.

4. other matters

The catalogue of dangerous chemicals in (I) is sorted by the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the Chinese characters of "product name.

In addition to the items listed in the (II) Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals, inorganic salts include both anhydrous and water-containing compounds.

(III) serial number 2828 is a generic entry. Except for the items listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals, those that meet the corresponding conditions are hazardous chemicals.

(IV) "Hazardous Chemicals" in the list of items other than the mixture without content description, refers to the industrial products of the item or the purity of the chemicals higher than industrial products, when used as pesticides, refers to the original drug.

(V) pesticide entries in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals are determined in combination with their physical hazards, health hazards, environmental hazards and pesticide management.
