In order to implement the the People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law and other laws and regulations, standardize the naming of chemical substances in environmental management, support the environmental management registration of new chemical substances, the management of the List of Existing Chemical Substances in China, and the environmental risk assessment and control of chemical substances, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China approved the Code for Naming the Environmental Management of Chemical Substances as the national ecological environment standard and issued it,This standard shall be implemented as of July 1, 2024.
