European Chemicals Agency public consultation on proposal for harmonized classification and labeling of three substances

Recently, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has launched a public consultation on the unified classification and labeling proposal of isopropyl glycidyl ether, barium chromate and trimethyl phosphate. The substance proposal and comment submission form are also published on the website accordingly. The public can submit comments on the substance proposal before September 2, 2022.
Details of the proposed substance are as follows:
It is reported that after the public consultation, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) will give its own views in combination with the opinions of the public comment, and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) will be based on the risk assessment Committee (RAC) The point of view is to decide whether the Harmonized Classification Label (CLH) of substances can be adopted. If adopted, the new classification of substances will be included in Annex VI of the EU Regulation on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP Regulation). During the public consultation, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) will post the comments received on the website so that interested parties can learn about the comments and give feedback.
